Vacature: Timex Group is looking for an International Key Accounts Manager (e-Commerce)

The International Key Account Manager- e-Commerce holds sales management responsibilities for marketplaces and key online B2B accounts in EMEA and APAC regions for Timex Group brands. In addition, the position is also responsible for executing e-Commerce B2B channel strategies and achieving both commercial and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieving sales and margin targets
  • Managing sales and marketing campaigns with leading e-tailers and marketplaces in EMEA and APAC
  • Negotiating contracts, marketing investments and promotional policies across e-Comm
  • Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting risks and opportunities to management
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, logistics and finance teams
  • Identifying and opening new online sales channels in EMEA and APAC
  • Coordinating and executing new collection launches
  • Channel Marketing: defining and executing yearly marketing plans
  • Ensuring the image of all our brands follows guidelines and is proactively promoted across all platforms
  • Content management: supporting creation and sharing of content with accounts as needed
  • Monitoring regularly brand presence websites and building plans for improvement and execution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with leading e-Comm players
  • Relevant network of contacts and proven understanding of the Chinese e-Comm space
  • Knowledge of digital sales KPIs (including drivers of traffic, performance and inventory productivity)
  • Excellent knowledge of English is necessary, any additional language will be considered a plus (Chinese preferential)
  • Analytical skills, willingness to work in a team and by objectives 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and flexible mindset
  • Good command of MS Office is required
