Haar verhaal had uren mogen duren. Claudia Willemsen, oprichter van Kleertjes.com is geen modemens, verklapte ze tijdens Textilia Mode Experience op maandag 9 november 2009. "Jullie hebben veel meer verstand van mooie kleren dan ik. Dat zien jullie toch wel aan mijn outfit vandaag?"

Met deze introductie startte de gedreven Claudia Willemsen, gekleed in donkere skinny, shirt en sneakers, haar peptalk tijdens TME 2009. Zowel winkeliers als leveranciers luisterden ademloos, want ze onthulde niet alleen enkele van haar succesfactoren. Ook maakte ze van de gelegenheid gebruik om de modebranche moed in te spreken. "Het is tijd voor jullie om in actie te komen, maar begin bij het begin. Kijk eerst goed naar je klanten om te bepalen waar zij behoefte aan hebben, voordat je roept dat het allemaal oneerlijk is.
